1) How does PC Revolution offer 2-year warranty, while others can't?

PC Revolution is proud to be the first and only computer store that offers 2-year warranty (Terms & Conditions Apply) on parts. We are able to do this by carefully curating brands and assuring product quality by offering BRAND NEW parts.

In addition, our tech team is trained and equipped to install parts with the best of their abilities through continuous training, research, and development. This allows us to ensure every rig assembled is top-notch in quality.

2) I see you have 5-year preventive maintenance program, what is it?

Our preventive maintenance coverage covers all labor charges (Terms and conditions apply) involved such as: Cleaning, diagnostics, reformatting, and trouble shooting. Any hardware/software replacements is not included and may be charged to the customer accordingly.

3) What if I use old parts, or other parts purchased from other stores, will it still cover the whole unit?

No, PC Revolution has the authority to exclude the maintenance coverage if any parts purchased, reused, and installed on a computer setup outside of PC Revolution are utilized.

In addition, maintenance coverage is also limited to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER of the unit and cannot be passed to another user.

3) Do you sell second hand parts?

No, PC Revolution guarantees the use of exclusively new parts, which contributes to our capability to offer a 2-year warranty and a 5-year preventive maintenance coverage.

4) What are your mode of payments?

Currently, we accept GCASH, Bank Transfers, and BDO Installments plans. For more details, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
